SECONDHAND POLICY

Kiss-hope is secondhand shopping website. If you have anything you do not use and want to sell, please contact us for further deal. We do not accept any broken product, and the selling cost will be decided after thorough evaluation of product. The cost cannot be higher than original price. 

FAQ

What is your returns policy?

 

Sorry. We do not accept return or trade request unless the product has unmentioned flaws. 24 hours after customer receieves product, no request can be made. Any flaws caused by customer's own hand cannot be an excuse for return or trade. 

How do I track my order?

 

If you are KIS member, products will be delivered by hand. Every product will be sent out on Friday. If you do not receive product on Friday, please contact us. 

If you are not KIS member, products will be delivered by a door-to-door service. Every Friday we will send out products to your address and will give personal contact about service number.
